House K, located in Nakcheon-ri, is a small residence designed for two families situated on a corner of Tilda House. It is characterized by its low profile, designed not to obstruct the view from the pension and cafe behind it. Given the limited budget, light steel framing, and Spanish roof tiles, the goal was to create a simple and warm home.
